About this Event
Class members should each bring two to three ropes, a minimum of 2 ft each.
Learn the fundamentals of Shibari from renowned expert, Marie Sauvage, a disciple of Japanese master Hajime Kinoko since 2018. and discover how this ancient Japanese art form can be used to cultivate deep intimacy, trust, and connection with a partner.
Marie Sauvage is one of the few women publicly performing Shibari, a Japanese art form traditionally practiced by men.
Her feminine approach has brought a fresh perspective to this art, gaining attention from Vice, CR Fashion Book, Purple Magazine, Chateau Marmont, Les Inrockuptibles, Canal +, Arte, La Repubblica and others.
Her work's unique artistic direction has made waves internationally, with famous models from fashion, cabaret, and art.
