Marie Chanté is a dynamic poet, spoken word artist, and writer with an expansive body of work; over 1,000 poems, monologues, and short stories. Her poetry has enriched events from award banquets to Black History Month celebrations. She has graced stages across the country, including notable productions like Steel Storm and Mind Games. Marie’s modeling credits include the PlusSize Fine “Worth My Weight In Gold” Calendar. She is currently working on a screenplay and enjoys blending music with poetry.
