Reimagining Menopause Through Community, Culture and Collective Care
About this Event

Back in action for the third year running, this gathering brings together marginalised communities, academics, researchers, practitioners, and local stakeholders into one shared space to talk openly about menopause and its wider ripple effects.

This is not a traditional panel or conference. It is a living conversation space where lived experience meets research, and where knowledge is not owned by one group but shared across generations, cultures, and identities.

We will explore early menopause, chemical menopause, perimenopause, and the often overlooked emotional, social, and economic impacts that sit beneath them. We will also hold space for intergenerational dialogue, recognising how menopause affects families, relationships, workplaces, and entire communities.

A key focus this year is connection and inclusion. We are intentionally creating space for men to listen, learn, and hold better understanding, alongside women and people who experience menopause directly. This is about shifting silence into shared responsibility.

Alongside conversation, we will spotlight the incredible grassroots organisations, clinicians, academics, and community leaders who are already working in this space locally. Visibility matters, and so does building stronger networks so no one is working in isolation.
