For FAT TUESDAY - February 17, 2026 - Bayou Bakery, Coffee Bar & Eatery transforms into a Bayou Gras Mardi Pardi from 5PM until 9PM with an ALL YOU CAN EAT + DRINK MENU [see below.] As the DMV's only Mardi Gras Headquarters, New Orleans Native Chef David Guas offers authentic Parade Food + Drink and LIVE JAZZ MUSIC from The District Brass Band. Bayou Bakery will be open with regular service with Mardi Gras specials to capture the spirit of the day from 7AM-4PM [closed from 4PM-5PM to get ready for the Mardi Pardi!]

• ALL YOU CAN EAT TICKET - $55 - Includes: Crawfish Monica, Gulf Shrimp Jambalaya, Chicken Andouille Gumbo, Muff-a-lotta , Red Beans & Rice, Beignets, slices of King Cake, and choice of Iced Tea, Lemonade, or Water. Vegetarian Dining Options available.
• ALL YOU CAN EAT + DRINK TICKET - $85 - Includes the full food menu [above] and festive Carnival Cocktails [NoLA Paloma: jalapeno-smashed honey, rosemary simple syrup, grapefruit, tequila; Bourbon Street Smash: sweet lemon, muddled mint, bitters, bourbon; Hurricane Reigns: passion fruit puree, fresh watermelon juice, citrus, grenadine, white + gold rum; Mardi Gras Mule: spicy ginger, refreshing lime, vodka], Frozen New Orleans Daiquiris, and Abita Beers!
