Parade Route: The parade kicks off at the Lake Charles Event Center, heads south on Ryan Street, and wraps up at Sale Road.

Mardi Gras of Southwest Louisiana, Inc. and local businesses proudly present Children’s Day as a way to give back to the community. This special event ensures the next generation experiences the rich traditions of Mardi Gras in a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment. Each year, approximately 1,500 attendees enjoy a day filled with culture, history, and celebration—so come pass a good time with us!
