Mardi Gras is about music, parades, picnics, floats and so much excitement. It's one big holiday in New Orleans and we hope to bring a taste of that to you here in D.C.!

Your ticket includes open bar, delicious food from the team at Dauphine's, live entertainment, and so much more!

We’re thrilled to have our friends at Crush Dance Bar as our featured guest bar this year!
, one of D.C.’s most inclusive and high-energy LGBTQ+ nightlife spots, brings its signature creativity and bold party spirit to this year’s Mardi Gras celebration. Known for its dual-level dance floors, vibrant DJs, and cocktail-forward bar program, Crush will serve as the Featured Guest Bar during the VIP Hour, bringing New Orleans flair to the District.

For the event, Crush’s bar team will debut three unique riffs on classic New Orleans party cocktails, each reimagined through the bright, expressive character of Don Q Rum. Guests can expect imaginative flavor twists, festival-ready color, and the playful edge Crush is known for—creating the perfect fusion of D.C. energy and NOLA tradition.

Mardi Gras General Admission - 7:00PM-10:30PM

Enjoy passed bites a plenty and several food stations by Chef/Partner Kyle Bailey - including Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, Seafood Jambalaya, Veggie Étouffée - and so much more!

Of course, we can't forget Dancing Molly oysters on the half shell served with all of the dressings.

If that's not enough, we'll be finishing off the evening with plenty of King Cakes & beignets made by Pastry Chef Joy Razo.

Open Bar includes access to indoor and outdoor bars with offerings including local and Louisiana drafts, premium wines, and specialty cocktails. Try one of our famous Hurricanes or Sazeracs, head into the outdoor Absinthe Garden for a taste of our favorite anise-flavored spirit or Uptown for a classic French 75.

Theme: Birds of a Feather
“Birds of a Feather” celebrates the joyful spirit of gathering with your flock—friends, family, and fellow revelers ready to soar into the magic of Mardi Gras. In New Orleans, feathers have long been part of Carnival tradition: from the grand plumes of Mardi Gras Indians to the lavish feathered masks and headdresses of krewes dancing through the streets. This theme nods to that vibrant heritage, blending the city’s love of pageantry, color, and community. Just like the birds that fill the city’s skies and swamps—herons, pelicans, and parrots—each guest brings their own color and flair, but together you create one dazzling parade.

Dress to Impress
Channel the wild, colorful spirit of Mardi Gras by arriving in your brightest purple, green, and gold—or by taking flight with a Birds of a Feather–themed costume. Whether you’re bringing the marshlands to life as a graceful egret, rocking radiant peacock plumes, or showing off a playful parrot or flamingo look, creativity is highly encouraged. From earthy bayou tones to bold carnival feathers, come dressed to dazzle and join the flock!

Dauphine's will provide plenty of beads and favors - but don't be afraid to showoff your own collection!

Policies

All tickets prices are inclusive of a service charge for Dauphine's staff, but additional tips are always appreciated.

Mardi Gras at Dauphine's is strictly 21+. IDs will be checked at the door.

This is an indoor and outdoor event with food and beverage offerings available throughout. There are plenty of heaters, but we recommend dressing for the weather if you prefer to enjoy the outdoors.
