Louisiana may be the only US state in which Mardi Gras is a legal holiday, but we know how to celebrate right here in Bull City! And we all know that Mardi Gras means Fat Tuesday, but did you know that's from the custom of using all the fats in the home before Lent? The Wiley Fosters open, then Hot Tomato brings it home. Come on down and let the good times roll!
