March: Yoga Flow & Poetry with Kethy

Dear BIPOC cis-/trans- women and non-binary folks,

Join Kethy for 60mins of yoga and poetry, followed by a chat, snacks and tea!

• Location: 180 Percy St., Ottawa, (McNabb Arena & Community Centre)
• Maximum in-person capacity: 25 people
• All of our classes are introductory in nature – all ages and bodies are welcome.
• In-person class: please bring your own water bottle. We have a few blocks and mats on site.

We have tickets for online Zoom access too!
