March with SF LGBT Center at Pride 2026

We welcome you to join the SF LGBT Center parade contingent on Sunday, June 28 as we march in the San Francisco Pride Parade!

Assembly Time/Location:

The Center's contingent line-up number is TBD. This means our assembly time is also TBD but likley to be around 9am. We will update this eventbrite once we have more informaiton and will email all registered attendees with more day-of info the week before the parade.

• Please be ready to assemble at our deisgnated meeting place bright and early -- likley by 9:00am.
• Our assembly place is TBD, but likley on Steuart between Mission & Folsom.
• Do not drive to the parade! There's absolutely no parking nearby. Embarcadero station is very close, so we recommend BART or Muni. Or the ferry if you're coming from the East Bay.

Center Pride Shirts: The first 50 people who sign up on Eventbrite AND show up on time at our line-up area will receive a free Center t-shirt. T-shirts will be distributed at the Parade meeting point on Sunday morning when you check in. It is not a requirement that you wear the shirt during the parade -- you can wear whatever makes you feel great!

Accessibility: For marchers who have mobility/accessibility needs, the Center will be operating a vehicle with space for people to sit. We will prioritize seating for people who cannot walk the full route. Seats are not guaranteed, and will be prioritized for those with accessibility needs. We will follow up with each person who indicates a need for seating when they register. If you are able to walk the route, please do not select the mobility/accessibility option when registering.

Optional Volunteer Tasks: If you'd like to volunteer during the parade as a contingent monitor or wheel monitor, or to help hand out shirts and snacks during our line-up/waiting time, please email [email protected].

General Pride Information: SF Pride Parade takes place Sunday, June 28, 2026. The Parade begins at 10:00am at Beale and Market and ends at 8th and Market. We can't know exactly what time we will step off (or end), but all members of our parade contingent must arrive at our assembly area by 9:00am. We think we will be done marching by noon.

Tips for marching with the Center at SF Pride:

• Bring snacks and water, but no glass bottles.
• Wear comfortable shoes! The route is a little over 1.5 miles long.
• Wear/bring sunscreen and a jacket.
• You can bring a bag, but it must be under 18"x18". If you are planning to attend the festival at Civic Center after the parade, please note they do not allow bags into the festival grounds.
• Everyone must be substance free during the parade (no alcohol, no drugs).
