Fellow Members:The March Monthly meeting will be held on March 25th at 10:00 AM at the VFW Post 7397 located at 9550 Pflumm, Lenexa, KS.
Here is the agenda for the meeting:
1. Introduction of new members.
2. Treasurer’s Report
The Donation Bucket will be there next to the sign in sheet for both the meeting and the ride. Please sign in as an attendee for the meeting and if you are going on the ride please sign that Ride Sheet.
3. Upcoming rides and Ride Committee update
4. Update regarding the new website. Van will take this item. Answer any possible questions.
5. Recap of the Snake Saturday parade
6. Enter discussions about charitable organizations for this year.
7. Show New Banner
8. There will be a ride after the March Monthly Meeting. Van will be the Ride Captain.
9. ANY NEW / OLD BUSINESS - Tire discussion as to where members can purchase them.
I hope to see you all there this meeting. Rick has us in the big hall so there is a lot of room for all of us.
