WHAT THESE MONTHLY MIXERS ARE ALL ABOUT:

Every month through these mixers we visit a different London luxury hotel bar for drinks and chat! Getting walk-in groups to be allowed into a luxury hotel bar on a Saturday night without a reservation is usually a tricky thing to do for many reasons. But it is something I have had the pleasure of doing for more than a year, where alot of fun and connections has been had in the process.

When you RSVP, you are signing up for:

•Meeting up at a specific hotel where we might or might not enjoy drinks at 1 or more of that hotel's bar(s), or we might go to another luxury hotel bar close by. It's all a mystery and you will get to find out on the night!

•How many people are attending will be something attendees will find out on the night too. So you might be enjoying mixing with a large group or enjoy a more intimate affair. Every mixer is unique and different. That's the point!

A non refundable booking fee of £3.75 per person to RSVP: this minimally covers the cost, time and fees necessary to put these events together and is set to encourage attendees to turn up to the event. This fee is not redeemable against any drinks/food or extras. Drinks (and extras like food etc..)are paid for by each person directly to the venue.

• No booking fee refunds given under any circumstance. If for unforeseen reasons it is needed to cancel or reschedule this event, a credit of fee paid will be used to attend another Bar Mixer/event. No refunds/credits given for late arrivals, no shows, if you change your mind, if you can no longer attend, or you don't like how or where the event was run. Refund requests must be made strictly within 2 days after event ends, if granted, will be done minus associated fees.

• This event is being run as a walk-in mixer. As no deposits are taken for venue/space hire this means that I arrange with the venue beforehand so for this reason it is important to keep the RSVPs up to date. The fee does not come with a guarantee of access to any specific venue. You are RSVPing to attend the mixer and not specifically at the listed meet up venue. Upon RSVPing you are agreeing to the terms as listed.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THESE MIXERS:

•Arrive on time. We will meet at the venue entrance before proceeding inside or to another hotel bar. Be aware that once the event starts I do not check emails, comments or messages. If you have any personal requirements that you need to be considered to attend this event contact me to discuss before you RSVP.

•Buy drinks and mix with as many or as few people as you prefer within the group. I, the host, will do my best to make everyone feel welcome and included.

•Dress code: smart-casual.

•Please be respectful of other guests using the bar. Any unacceptable behaviour will reflect badly on the group, so please stay sober and decent.

•You can stay on after the event ends if you like, provided the venue has not set any time limits on how long the group can stay.

HOW TO FIND US:

We will be meeting at the entrance of the hotel at 7.30pm.I,the host will have a "Welcome Host Plus" gold toned badge. If you are running late and/or cannot find the group please ask at the venue Reception as they will be informed about the group event and can advise where the group will be seated.

INTERESTED IN ATTENDING?

•All attendees will need to make their own way to and from the venue at their own expense.

•As the organiser, I will take all possible precautions to ensure that this event is run as safely as possible for all attendees. By signing up and attending any event that I organise, you agree that your safety and personal belongings are your own responsibility and I am not responsible or liable for either.

•Please be aware that events group photo(s) can be taken by me , the host or anyone attending the events to post online:if you do not want to be included in the photo(s) you have a choice not to.
