March Hearts & Crafts: Sacral Chakra
"We're Hot and We're Cold"
This month we're diving into the Sacral — the place of feeling, flow, sensation, and all the ways we're either totally in it... or completely shut down.
Some of us feel everything — big, loud, intense.
Some of us feel... not much.
And some of us swing back and forth — hot one minute, cold the next.
We're painting temperature, movement, and what it feels like to be all over the place (or nowhere at all).
What to expect:
A song that captures the swing
Paint, canvas, and freedom to express warm, cool, wild, or contained
No emotional performance required
No sharing unless you want to
You don't have to know what you're feeling.
You just get to paint it — hot, cold, or both.
