🌟 Join us for our March Give Back Event, featuring Connections Area Agency on Aging! 🌼 This special occasion is all about giving back to our community and supporting older Iowans in our region. 25% of total sales in store & online will be donated to this amazing organization.
Connections Area Agency on Aging empowers older Iowans and their family caregivers by providing information, support, and services, helping aging individuals to live independently and with dignity in the community of their choice.
From home-delivered meals to caregiver support, case management, and educational programs, they offer a wide range of services designed to make life better.
Connections offers a range of services, including information and assistance, case management, home-delivered meals, congregate dining, and educational programs.
In FY 2024, Connections AAA made a meaningful impact by:
• Supporting 10,117 older Iowans and their families with vital resources and services.
• Providing 193,719 nutritious meals through home-delivered meal programs and senior dining sites.
• Delivering training and education on elder abuse prevention, technology, and caregiving support to 9,492 Iowans.
Funds raised at our March Give Back Event will go directly towards the Home-delivered Meals Program, supporting homebound seniors in our community.
