March for our Lives - San Leandro

On June 11, the kids, families and friends of March For Our Lives will take to the San Leandro streets to demand that their lives and safety become a priority and that we end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools and communities today. We will gather at 9AM to make signs and begin our march at 9:30. The start and end of the March is at Root Park. The route will follow E14th to Estudillo Ave, then north on Bancroft Ave and west on Dutton Ave before returning. A rally will begin at 10:15 with speakers and activities (rock painting, ribbon making, and more). This event is suitable for families with young children.

We are united in our belief that education is a fundamental right, that schools should be safe places to learn and grow, and that our communities should be safe. We can do better. And on June 11th, with and for our children, we will turn the tide in this fight.
