Please join us for a peaceful and family-friendly March for Equality on Sat., Jan. 18. Our march will be in conjunction with the National People’s March, which will be on the same day in Washington, DC.
Create signs that speak to your personal passion for equality, and let's march together in peace and with respect. Bring your family, friends, and your kids. Together, we'll peacefully demonstrate our power and let our voices be heard.
We'll leave from Town Park at 11am, heading to Hots Springs Blvd. From there, we'll go west on Hwy. 160 to 6th Street, where we'll cross to the north side of the street, then head back to 1st Street. There, we'll cross the street again and head back to Town Park, where we'll disband.
The March will be on the sidewalk only so we don't disrupt traffic.
While our March is not a part of WinterFest, we encourage you to watch the balloon launch beforehand and stay for the Penguin Plunge afterward! It will be a wonderful weekend! Please join us!
