From Imagination to Innovation
Join Michael Hyacinthe for an inspiring and practical discussion on the role imagination plays in driving real innovation. Imagination is often viewed as the opposite of discipline—but when it is grounded in purpose, guided by intention, and paired with action, it becomes a powerful force for change. Michael will explore how leaders and organizations can channel creativity in meaningful ways to turn ideas into impact and build innovation that leads to lasting results.
11:30am - 12pm: Networking & Lunch
12pm: Program
March Table Sponsor: RRR Lawn & Landscape
March Non-profit Spotlight: Ada Arts Council
Michael Hyacinthe is a U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, social entrepreneur, and the co-founder of HAS HEART, a mission-driven organization that supports wounded veterans through art, design, and entrepreneurship. He is also the CEO and founder of Wimage, the company behind Wimee the Robot, a beloved educational character whose flagship program, Wimee’s Words, has reached more than 40 million households nationwide through PBS.
An entrepreneur at heart, Michael continues to expand the Wimee universe through the development of an AI-powered educational platform designed to deepen learning, engagement, and accessibility for young children. His work reflects a strong commitment to blending creativity, technology, and purpose to drive measurable social impact.
In addition to leading his ventures, Michael serves with the GVSU Michigan Veteran Entrepreneur Lab, where he helps veteran founders transform early-stage ideas into sustainable businesses through mentorship, education, and community-building. Passionate about veterans’ advocacy and early childhood education, he approaches innovation with empathy, intention, and long-term vision.
Michael is also a father and considers himself a social innovator focused on building tools, content, and experiences that positively shape future generations.
