March 2026 RAD Women's Self Defense Class Basic & Keychain.

Come join us for our MARCH 2026 Basic Self-Defense course AND Keychain Defense Option Self-Defense class!

PREPARATION IS THE KEY TO SAFETY!

Our 4 night/12 hour Basic Self-Defense course provides instruction on RAD Systems 27 hands-on techniques using the body as a weapon. In addition to the physical portion of our course, students will learn Situational Awareness, Risk Avoidance , Risk Recognition & Risk Reduction strategies. As this is a progressive course, all 4 nights are required to attend. If a student misses 1 night, the student will need to come to the next course (June 2026) in order to complete all 4 successive nights. At the end of the 4th night of class, we offer a Simulation exercize where our students can practice the techniqes they've learned. In this simulation, students will go through 3 progressive scenarios that mimic potential real-life situations to further prepare them to defend themselves. This also validates that women have the power to defend themselves in an aggressive situation. Simulation is not required to complete the program.

In addition to the 12 hour/4 night Basic Self-Defense Course, Students get to attend an additional supplemental course called Keychain Defense Option. In this course, students are taught an additional 14 techniques with a Kubaton as a weapon. Our students love this course!

BASIC CLASS:

TUESDAY MARCH 3rd Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm

THURSDAY MARCH 5TH Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm

MONDAY MARCH 9TH Begining sharply at 6pm - 9pm

THURSDAY MARCH 12TH Beginning sharply at 6pm - 10pm

Completion of the Basic Course is mandatory before taking the Keychain Defense.

KEYCHAIN DEFENSE OPTION:

WEDNESDAY APRIL 16TH Begining sharply at 6pm-9pm

Each student must wear lace up multipurpose athletic footwear and comfortable proper fitting athletic or suitable comfortable clothing; please bring a water bottle.

These classes are meant for all levels of fitness /knowledge of defense; each technique is designed for easy learning and used as a quick strike to escape and you will be in control of your participation. Our instructors are awesome! They seek to provide a safe place for all students to learn and share. Please be advised that RAPE is openly discussed in this class and therefore is recommended for ages 12 and up (anyone under the age of 18 will need a parental release form signed, under 16 will need to be accompanied by female adult/guardian). Each RAD Instructor is Certified by RAD Headquarters, all male instructors who assist in class are Law Enforcement or Retired Law Enforcement.
