Higgins, whose brand of folk-rock has been described as a cross between the punkish energy of the Replacements and the alt-country aesthetic of Whiskeytown, has long had a reputation for producing catchy pop hooks.

Every Friday, join us for "Off the Clock Friday" featuring live music from local artists.
