Tickets must be purchased prior to class to attendWe recommend registering at least 2 hours prior to class to guarantee a spot in the class. Walk ins are usually unavailable.
Attendees who arrive late may not be able to complete project.
Class begins promptly at time listed. Late arrival of 20 minutes or more will be considered a cancellation with no refund.
*Allergen warning; our studio is home to our shop cat, Fishstick! If you or your guest have a cat allergy, attendance is not advised*

In this class we will learn the basics of wheel throwing as well as how to create a marble effect on the pottery. We will start with practicing with plain white clay to warm up, then make two additional pieces with colored clay.
In this single sessions class will learn the basics of throwing clay, centering, opening, pulling and shaping. Each class starts with demonstrations and throwing techniques.
This class does not include instructions on trimming or finishing pieces. We will trim, fire, and glaze your piece for you.
$75 per person for material and 2 hours of hands on instruction. You may keep the pieces you create during your session. 5 person maximum per wheel throwing class.
Must be 14 years old and have a guardian sign a waiver if under 18. Please take the necessary precautions if you have any cuts or abrasions on your hands. Wear clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting mud on! Pieces will be available for pick up 3 weeks after your class date. We will only hold them for up to 30 days.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the start of class, to ensure attendance at the start of class.
