The Nashville Rock N Roll Marathon is almost here!
Every year, we're busy helping marathoners recover in some capacity—whether that be working the recovery zone at the finish line or working with individual runners on or after race day.
This year we've decided to open the weekend up to both our runners AND their supporters! On April 27th & 28th, from 9 am - 5 pm, we'll be doing the following:
- 15 min massage/stretch sessions
- 15 min compression therapy
- Whole body cryotherapy sessions
For these two days only, these services will only be $30 each!
