Hey everyone!We’ll be meeting at the fountains in front of the arena at 5:00am with a kick off time at 5:30 to kick off some solid long runs as we get into marathon season. All paces are welcome—these runs are a great chance to dial in your hydration and fueling, especially if you’ve got a race coming up. Come out ready to log some quality miles.
Nothing beats a good coffee after some miles stick around post-run if you’re up for it
We’re all following our own training plans, but we’ll do our best to keep each other company along the way—so come join us!
