We are thrilled to announce Lucia Horan is returning to our Sydney shores in May 2025 (Friday 16 - 18 May) for MAPS to ECSTASY ~ a 5Rhythms & Mindfulness Workshop“When we experience moments of ecstasy, we taste what life is meant to be.” Gabrielle Roth.
Maps hold all the information that is required to lead us to where we want to go. What is your destination? In times of turmoil and change Somatic Meditation can assist you in navigating your way out of resistance and into ecstasy.
Through Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms movement practice and Mindfulness meditation, one may build a skill set that supports balance, ease and joy. If you have been looking to increase appreciation, gratitude and happiness, then now is a perfect time to celebrate being alive.
There is a science to achieving ecstatic states and this is the mastery I come to share.
This workshop is designed for all who want to join in expanding the possibility of entering altered states in a natural way.

All workshop hours contribute to 5Rhythms® teacher training prerequisites.
This workshop is designed for everyone, of every age, and shape.

Bio:
Lucia Horan was born and raised in the Esalen community and is a leader, wife, and mother. She has been teaching since 1998. Lucia received lifelong direct training with Gabrielle Roth in the 5Rhythms® method. She is formally empowered to teach Buddha dharma in all capacities. She is a certified Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness teacher. Her unique perspectives on insight have been published in the book Dancing with Dharma: Essays on Movement And Dance in Western Buddhism. Additionally, Lucia is a somatic educator for Tony Robbins Life Wealth Master, PepsiCo Latin America DEI dept, and GoogleX Moonshot Factory. She co-teaches focus groups in Buddhist meditation, emotional intelligence, grief work, and women’s empowerment.
Urban Waves 5Rhythms with Sue Andersen is thrilled to produce Lucia Horan again in 2025.
