This workshop offers a sacred container for a deeper exploration of your priorities, accompanied by ceremonial cacao, meaningful conversation, and an integrative sound-journey meditation.

You will leave with a flexible roadmap for moving from where you are now to where you wish to be in the life areas that matter most. It supports the cultivation of meaningful intentions aligned with your present self.

Gaining clarity on where, how, and why we want to invest our energy and attention helps us tap into natural inspiration and discipline to take meaningful action toward those pursuits.

To self-reflect, to know oneself more deeply, to ask the right questions and answer them honestly, and to uncover our subconscious drives and limitations is to live with greater intention.

About the Facilitator:

Treya Jaholkowska is a guide devoted to the remembrance of our deeper nature. A Certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Healer, and Intuitive Coach, she weaves spiritual insight, sacred music, and ancient practices to support the unfolding of consciousness in these transformative times.

From 2006 to 2013, Treya lived and studied in Hawaii, India, and Europe, immersing herself in monasteries, ashrams, and intentional communities. These years of devotion deepened her relationship with yoga philosophy, mantra, and sacred sound. Through her workshops and retreats, she creates ceremonial spaces of connection, healing, and harmony, supporting the collective awakening.
