MAPLESTORY FEST RETURNS ON OCTOBER 14, 2023!! This all-day event is an annual celebration bringing Nexon’s game developers and publishers together with YOU, our incredibly passionate fans!

Celebrate MapleStory and MapleStory M as you spend the day with other Maplers. Your ticket to MapleStory Fest is your invitation to join this unique community experience, including announcements, activities, and in-game rewards!

FAQs

Where and when is MapleStory Fest 2023?

MapleStory Fest will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at LA River Studios. LA River Studios is located at 2800 Division St, Los Angeles, CA, 90065, just off North San Fernando Road between the 2 and 110 Freeways.

What are the hours of the event?

MapleStory Fest will begin at 10:00 AM PDT, and will run until 4:00 PM PDT. Please note that all times are subject to change.

Do I need a ticket?

Tickets to attend MapleStory Fest will cost $30 each, and go on sale on Thursday, September 7 at 12:00 PM PT through Eventbrite. A limited quantity will be available, so don't delay! Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Do children need a ticket?

MapleStory Fest welcomes fans of all ages! Children 5 years old and under can attend for free and do not need a ticket. Note: Only ticketholding guests will be eligible for limited swag giveaways.

How will I receive my ticket?

Purchased tickets will be sent out via email. You can show the QR code on either a printed ticket or the mobile app.

Is photo identification required?

You will need to show a government issued ID at the door, along with your ticket. Tickets cannot be transferred to other guests.

Is there parking available at the venue?

We strongly suggest that attendees rideshare or carpool to the venue. Parking will be available at Sotomayor Magnet School, located directly across the street from the venue. The address is 2050 N San Fernando Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90065.

Is public transit available to get to the venue?

While driving to the venue is always an option, rideshare or public transportation to the area are also viable alternatives. Metro Bus lines operate in the area.

Are there hotels available near the venue?

MapleStory Fest will be fully compliant with all Los Angeles County and CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. Nexon America is requiring all attendees ages 5 and up to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination status by either digital passport or physical vaccination card. If you cannot show proof via digital app passport or physical immunization/vaccination card, a negative Rapid antigen or negative PCR test result within 24 hours of the MapleStory Fest event can be shown as proof. In all cases, the proof of vaccination or test results must match the name on the attendee’s government issued ID.

Nexon America recommends that all attendees, exhibitors, and staff wear masks for the duration of the event, except for when eating or drinking.

Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the MapleStory Fest venue. The venue is an indoor/outdoor facility.

What is the bag policy/security policy?

All attendees will need to go through a security check. There are no bag restrictions.

Will merchandise and food be available at MapleStory Fest?

We will be selling snacks and MapleStory merchandise at the MapleStory Fest venue. Please note that we will be accepting electronic payments through Square only at the venue (Square accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo, as well as mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay). Additionally, food and drink can be purchased from food trucks that will be present at the venue!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, wheelchair access is available.

Can I attend MapleStory Fest in costume?

Yes! We encourage you to attend MapleStory Fest in cosplay and be a part of the Costume Contest! There will be prizes…

We also ask that you please be considerate of the other attendees at the event. As MapleStory Fest is a family friendly event, for the comfort and safety of you and those around you, please do not wear any costumes that are too revealing or offensive, do not bring any realistic or dangerous weapons, and avoid bulky costumes or recreational vehicles. All props will be inspected. Nexon America reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not comply with these restrictions.

Can I submit my art to MapleStory Fest?

Yes! We love to see your creations and will be showcasing fan art at MapleStory Fest! You can submit your fan art below.

Can I bring my own merch to sell or give away?

Officially licensed merchandise will be sold at the MapleStory Fest shop at the venue. Attendees cannot bring their own merch to sell.

Can I bring my pet to MapleStory Fest?

Pets are not allowed at MapleStory Fest. California ADA compliance allows for certified, trained Service Dogs only. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

I bought a ticket but I’m unable to attend the event. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available.
