?MAPLE WEEKEND 2024?
We are a family operation that has grown from 400 taps to 6500 over the course of 15 years. We will be boiling on our wood fired evaporator which was built by Chris. There are several activities for families to enjoy. Sugar house tours will include an explanation of sap to make syrup process, history of making maple syrup and our farm history. We have a demo area where kids have the chance to drill and hammer a tap in tree with assistance. The sugar house tour includes cooking demos with samples and tasting the different grades of maple syrup. We will also have a petting zoo, monster truck from Barnyard Boggers and 4WD tractor on display. Maple tours and activities are free to the public.
The Pancake breakfast is ALL YOU CAN PANCAKES both Buttermilk and Buckwheat will be served. Included in your breakfast in maple sausage, melted butter, beverage of choice and fresh made Stoney Ridge Farms maple syrup and pancake refills. Adults are $12 and kids under 12 are $7. Pancake breakfast runs 8:30am - 2pm.
Visitors may purchase from our retail store: pure maple syrup in various packaging and sizes, maple cream spread, maple mustard, maple BBQ sauce, maple hot sauce, soft maple sugar, granulated maple sugar, maple cotton fluff & more!
