With the 2024 map open fast approaching, below is all the information you’ll need for our event.
⚫️ Gate Prices ?
Adults £15 per day - £30 for the weekend
Concessions £7.50 per day - £15 for the weekend
Juniors drivers £15 per day - £30 for the weekend
Juniors will receive a pass upon entry that will need to be handed in at signing on.
12 - 16 year olds £7.50 per day £15 for the weekend
Under 12s - Free
Camping - £10
£10 signing on for all drivers to be paid when you sign on.
❗️We also accept card payments including contactless and Apple Pay.
❗️Those attending for one day will be required to pay for the weekend and will get a refund on the second day when they leave the venue. We ask that you leave within an hour of racing finishing to obtain your refund.

Thursday 10am - 11pm
Friday 8am - Midnight
Saturday 7am - 11am
Sunday 7am
Security will be on site ALL weekend with a 24hr service. The pits will be closed and secured all weekend once racing has finished. There will also be a dog handler within the team.
? Scrutineering
2.30pm for map league cars
3pm for everyone else with a break between 6/6:30pm. It’ll stay open until late.
Saturday - 7am > 8am
? Racing Format
3 heats & finals
Any class with over 56 cars the top 16 will go into a fourth heat.

This will open on Monday 20th May at 7pm.
The online form will be posted tomorrow before it opens. Please fill out one form per space. We will email those successful tomorrow evening and request that the space is paid for within 24hrs.
A full list of trade stands and catering units will be posted later in the week, we hope to see as many of you there as possible and most of all hope you all enjoy your weekend with us at the John Wilkin Raceway. ??
