Many Voices - A Day of Singing, Connection and Celebration

Join us at the Petruskirche for a full day of communal singing, led by internationally known singer and transformational coach Jocelyn B. Smith together with friends from Berlin’s music scene. This is a small, welcoming gathering where voices of every level come together to sing, try new things, and let their voices resonate in the space.

✦ What Happens Here ✦

Sessions run throughout the day, often in hour-long blocks led by different singers, choir leaders and vocal coaches. Expect hands-on, relaxed activities like vocal warm-ups, group songs, harmonies, call-and-response, simple songwriting, body percussion and vocal improvisation. Styles will vary across gospel, jazz, pop, rock and beatbox, so there is something for everyone.

You do not need to be a trained singer. This is open to anyone curious about using their voice, whether you want to join for an hour or stay most of the day. The focus is on play, learning and community support rather than performance. Bring your voice, your curiosity and a relaxed attitude.

Entry is free. This is an open, supportive community and the day will be, frankly, a lot of fun. Drop in whenever you like and join whatever session feels right.
