About this Event
Join Reader Precision Solutions (RPS) for Manufacturing Day 2026 and get an inside look at what modern manufacturing really looks like today!
This year’s event invites students, families, educators, community members, business professionals and industry partners to step inside our Elkhorn facility and experience the people, technology, skills and opportunities behind advanced manufacturing.
Throughout the morning, guests can explore the RPS Showcase Circuit, where members of our team will share what they do, how their roles contribute to the manufacturing process and the many different talents it takes to keep our operation moving. Visit each showcase station, collect a signature on your circuit card and complete the full circuit for a chance to win our Manufacturing Day raffle!
Guided facility tours will also be offered throughout the morning for guests who preregister for a tour time. Space will be limited, so advance registration is encouraged. If time permits, an additional tour may be offered following the Youth Apprenticeship Signing Ceremony for guests who were unable to preregister.
The day will also feature our Youth Apprenticeship Signing Ceremony, recognizing the students gaining hands-on experience at RPS and celebrating the next generation of manufacturing talent.

Coffee and breakfast pastries will be provided. Admission is free!

Info: Kick off Manufacturing Day with us over coffee and breakfast pastries! Guests are welcome to arrive anytime during this hour, grab a bite to eat, connect with members of the RPS team and other attendees, and get ready for the day ahead.

RPS Showcase Circuit | Guided Facility Tours
Info: Explore Reader Precision Solutions through our RPS Showcase Circuit and guided facility tours! Showcase booths located throughout the facility will highlight different areas of our team, technology, capabilities and career opportunities.
Guests will receive a Showcase Circuit Card and are encouraged to stop at each booth, meet the team members behind it, and collect a signature along the way. Guests who complete the full circuit can turn in their card to be entered into our Manufacturing Day raffle!
Guided facility tours will be available to preregistered guests at their selected tour time. For guests who did not preregister for a tour, an additional tour may be offered following the Youth Apprenticeship Signing Ceremony, time permitting.

Youth Apprenticeship Signing Ceremony
Info: Join us as we recognize RPS’s Youth Apprentices and celebrate the next generation of manufacturing talent. During the ceremony, our apprentices will be recognized alongside their families, educators and RPS mentors as they continue building their skills and gaining hands-on experience.
