Ihr Lieben,
wir wünschen Euch von Herzen ein wundervolles und lichterfülltes neues Jahr.
Die Rauhnächte und die Weihnachtstage liegen hinter uns, die Tage sind zumeist noch dunkel und kurz. Bei uns wächst das Bedürfnis nach Licht und Gemeinschaft in diesen dunklen Tagen.
Daher freuen wir uns sehr, dass wir hiermit unser nächstes
Mantra-Mitsingkonzert am 08. Februar in Köln ankündigen dürfen.
Das letzte Singen im Dezember war so nährend und schön!
Lade dich auf eine Reise zu dir selbst ein, in Harmonie mit anderen Stimmen. Gemeinsam werden wir Mantras unseres Debütalbums 'Trust' singen und ausgewählte Mantras aus verschiedenen Kulturen anstimmen. Begleitet von Gitarren- und Harmoniumklängen. Zu Beginn werden die Texte der Lieder verteilt.
Die Mantras sind einfach und eingängig und laden dazu ein, uns hinzugeben und den Augenblick zu genießen. Dein Wohlbefinden steht dabei im Mittelpunkt, daher achte bitte auf dich und finde eine angenehme Körperhaltung, in der du dich wohlfühlst. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch einfach nur empfangen und dich von den Klängen tragen lassen.
Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinsam mit dir zu singen und auf eine kleine Reise zu gehen, die uns verbinden und in die Tiefen unserer Herzen führen kann.

'Mantra' kommt aus dem Sanskrit und bedeutet soviel wie heilige Silbe, heiliges Wort oder heiliger Vers.
Durch die Wiederholungen der Mantratexte, die eine starke energetische Wirkung haben, können wir loslassen und in die Klänge unserer, aller Stimmen abtauchen. Die Melodien der Lieder berühren das Herz und unsere Gefühlswelt. Durch das gemeinsame Singen der Mantras und Herzenslieder hebt sich die Energie im Raum spürbar an und es fällt uns leicht, Anspannungen und Blockaden zu lösen.

We have a growing need for light and community during these dark days.
We are therefore delighted to announce our next
Mantra-Mitsingconcert on 08 February in Cologne.
The last singing in December was so nourishing and beautiful!
Together, we will sing, listen, feel, and immerse ourselves in silence to explore our inner spaces.
We invite you to embark on a journey to yourself, in harmony with other voices. Together, we will chant mantras from different cultures, accompanied by the gentle sounds of guitars and harmonium. At the beginning, the lyrics of the songs will be distributed.
Our mantras are simple and catchy, inviting us to surrender and enjoy the experience of the moment. Your well-being is at the center of our focus, so please take care of yourself and find a comfortable posture in which you feel at ease. If you wish, you may simply receive and be carried away by the sounds.
We look forward to singing together with you and embarking on a journey that connects us and can lead us into the depths of our hearts.

The word 'mantra' (Sanskrit) is a sacred syllable, word or verse.
Through the repetitions of the Mantras we can let go and dive into the sounds of our voices. The melodies and lyrics from the songs touch the heart and our inner world.
Through the common singing of these heart mantras the energy in the room rises noticeably and it can be more easy for us to release tensions and blockages.
