Explore a range of mantra based yoga practices that you can weave into your practice to broaden and deepen it. This experience focused day will set you up with a daily mantra sadhana and where and how mantra can be layered throughout your practice. (No prior experience with mantra needed) 

• Morning Hatha Yoga session - Mantra Sadhana + Surya namaskara with live mantra chanting.
• Explore SARGAMs as a daily practice of toning developing the voice and attuning to vibrational qualities.
• Enhance your meditation practice with the dynamic tool of pranava mantra chanting. 
• Broaden & deepen mantra elements to weave into your personal practice and sadhana.
• Take home practices and resources.
• This unique workshop will be held at the beautiful Life Centre in Herne Bay providing a serene and nurturing environment for your practice. To ensure a personalised and intimate experience we are limiting this workshop to 16 participants.
