Have an evening of creativity and relaxation by joining our Mantra 'n Paint with Sabrina Somersall and Suzanne Mongrain Smith.Friday Nov 1, 6:30-8:30pm at the Haileybury Legion
The first part of the evening in a mediation with mantra. You are welcome to bring your own cushion if you'd like to sit on the floor. Otherwise, there will be chairs.

La première partie de la soirée est une médiation avec des mantras. Vous pouvez apporter votre propre coussin si vous voulez vous asseoir par terre. Sinon, il y aura des chaises.
Aucune expérience préalable n'est requise.
