Come and join us for an evening Chanting Mantra. This group works with mainly Sanskrit Mantras written as they are pronounced so you can read, follow and learn some very powerful chants.
We simply chant a Mantra and then sit in the energy of the silence afterwards as a short meditation before moving on to the next Mantra.
No musical or singing ability is needed.
The vibration of the Chant is deeply relaxing and healing and the peace and calm experienced is beautiful!
