In this 45 minute class we use Mantra & Meditation to center, reset, and focus. This class is great way to settle the day and come back to yourself.
There is plenty of parking, but no bathroom.
Please come prepared. Bring a mat and water.
Class Rates:
Suggested contribution: $10-20, but pay what you can, or even pay it forward $30
RSVP is no longer needed.
Please arrive a few minutes early for sign in upon arrival.
