The Mantra & Cacao Experience
A MANTRA is an ancient sound vibration that helps the mind to calm and naturally enter a meditative state.
When they are combined with MUSIC the atmosphere gets energized with feelings of joy and happiness.
But when the CACAO, known as the "Food of the Gods" by the Mayans, is introduced as a traditional drink thenk the real celebration starts!
In our MANTRA & CACAO nights we sing mantras and medicine songs to the rhythm of music and we drink sacred sweet cacao in community to open our hearts and awaken to the true joy of living.
MANTRA & CACAO is for anyone who wants to re-connect with the natural & true JOY of living. No previous experience is required to join.
