MANtles: 2026 Mens Conference

MANtles:2026 Men’s Conference is a one day men’s gathering hosted by Victory Nation, taking place on June 13, 2026, in Greensboro, North Carolina. This conference is intentionally designed to develop men spiritually, mentally, and practically, while also creating space for brotherhood, honest conversation, and worship.

Dr. Ron Flack, Jr. serves as the Conference Host and primary facilitator for the day. We are grateful to have as our Special Guest for this year:

Pastor Darnell Gray of Redeemed Church, Burlington, NC

and

Kevin Sturdivant as Guest Psalmist for our evening worship experience.

Registration is $45.00 and opens May 1. The conference will be held at 4623 W Gate City Blvd Suite D, Greensboro, NC 27407.

The structure of the day reflects a strategic flow from connection, to development, to dialogue, and finally to worship.

The day begins at 8:00 AM with a Meet and Greet, including a continental breakfast. This creates an environment for connection, networking, and relationship building among the men in attendance.

At 10:00 AM, the conference officially opens with a focused session on Men’s Spiritual and Mental Health led by Dr. Ron Flack, Jr. This session is a critical anchor for the day, addressing the internal life of men. It is positioned to deal with how men think, process, carry pressure, manage emotions, and maintain spiritual alignment while navigating real life responsibilities. This is not surface level motivation, but intentional development around mental health awareness, spiritual strength, and emotional stewardship.

At 12:00 Noon, there is a lunch break, with attendees encouraged to bring their own lunch.

From 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM, the Man Coverage session is led by Deacon Elect Eric Dark, an Insurance Expert. This portion brings practical instruction to the conference, equipping men with knowledge around protection, planning, and responsibility. It reinforces that stewardship is not only spiritual, but also strategic and practical.

From 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, the Barbershop Talk takes place, facilitated by Dr. Ron Flack, Jr. This segment is designed for open, honest, and culturally relevant conversation. It creates space for men to address real issues, share perspectives, and engage in dialogue that is often avoided in more formal settings. This is where transparency meets transformation.

At 6:00 PM, the conference culminates with When Men Worship, an evening experience that is open to the public. Pastor Darnell Gray will serve as the Special Guest Speaker, and Kevin Sturdivant will lead worship. This moment brings everything together spiritually, allowing men to respond, reflect, and release through worship and the Word.

Attire for the day is Dress Down, reinforcing a comfortable and accessible environment.
