Tim Benson (Uilleann pipes, flute), Arghyadip Gupta (sitar, vocals), Ashfique Rizwan (guitar, vocals), and Mark Warford (bouzouki) lead an East-West mantha of myths, songs, ragas, and reels to inspire your creativity. Bring your yoga mat, writing journal, sketchbook, dancing shoes, or simply an open psyche for an hour of music and meditation.
