This workshop is about one thing: executing better when it counts.
Under fatigue. Under pressure. When it actually matters.

Join us at MANOR London for a hands on Erg Army workshop focused on ergs, efficiency, and real race execution.
You will learn what actually drives performance on the ergs, how to apply it when you are tired, and how to carry that efficiency all the way through race day.

This session is fully focused on the RowErg and SkiErg.
We will break down:
- Setup and positioning
- Sequencing and force application
- Pacing and efficiency
- Common mistakes that cost you metres, time, and energy
The goal is simple: faster splits, lower energy cost, and more left for the run.
HYROX PERFORMANCE
This session zooms out to the full HYROX race.
We will cover:
- Movement efficiency across all stations
- Pacing and transitions
- Executing well when fatigue sets in
- Making smart decisions that hold up on race day
This is about building a system where stations are completed faster and with less cost, so your run performance is protected.
In other words, this is how you keep progressing and keep PR’ing.
