Mankato Area Food Waste Forum

Join the Minnesota Zero Waste Coalition, Mankato Area Zero Waste, and South Central Minnesota Clean Energy Council for a community conversation about food waste in Minnesota!
Learn about proposed statewide legislation to reduce food waste, strengthen food rescue, and expand access to food waste diversion.
The forum will feature an overview of food waste and the proposed legislation, a panel of local voices, and a discussion about what's working, what barriers exist, and what local communities need to reduce food waste.
Free to attend and food provided. RSVPs help us plan.
