We invite you to join us this April for the 2025 Manion WOD (Workout of the Day)—a workout that honors 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice on 04/29/2007. His courage and selflessness live on through this challenge, which consists of a 400-meter run followed by 29 back squats, repeated for 7 rounds.
