Our first event of the year is as always the Manimal Monsters This is always a popular competition so get your entries in early to avoid disappointment
We have 4 categories this year which are as follows;
- Novice
- Intermediate
- Masters (over 40’s)
- Opens
The Novice and Opens will be on the Saturday and the Intermediates and Masters on the Sunday.
Entry is £30 which is non refundable and guarantees your space simply send payment via PayPal to [email protected] BE SURE to add YOUR NAME, the COMPETITION NAME, the CATEGORY you are in and your T-SHIRT SIZE to the notes of the payment otherwise we won't know what it is for as we have multiple events listed at the same time.
Here are the events for this year;
1️⃣ Frame Carry (head to head 15m drop and turn)
Novice 160kg
Inters/Masters 200kg
Opens 240kg
2️⃣ Yoke Carry (head to head 15m drop and turn)
Novice 220kg
Inters/Masters 280kg
Opens 300kg
3️⃣ Monster Log (head to head for max reps in 60 seconds) *log can be pressed from shoulders and returned to the floor if needed*
Novice 80kg
Inters/Masters 100kg
Opens 120kg
4️⃣ Deadlift for Max Reps (60 seconds head to head) *standard bar, deadlift suits will be allowed*
Novice 190kg
Inters/Masters 230kg
Opens 260kg
5️⃣Atlas Stone over Yoke (head to head for reps in 60 seconds)
Novice 100kg
Inters/Masters 130kg
Opens 160kg
20 competitors maximum per category, let's get it filled up for a great battle!
