A 2-Day Creative Reflection Workshop for Kids (10+ years)

A calm, nature-inspired workshop where children learn to express their thoughts, understand their dreams, and create a personal vision journal through art.

Instead of structured drawing classes, this workshop helps children explore their inner world creatively.

Day 1 — Thought Dump & Emotional Expression

Children often carry many thoughts but don’t know how to express them.

In this session they will:

• Learn simple journaling techniques to release thoughts and emotions

• Use colours, collage, textures, and free art to visually express their mind

• Understand how creativity can help clear the mind and build self-awareness

By the end of the day, children will have created expressive journal pages that reflect their thoughts and feelings.

Day 2 — Manifestation & Vision Journal Creation

Once thoughts are clear, we move to shaping them into positive direction.

Children will:

• Learn how thoughts influence goals and habits

• Explore manifestation through visual storytelling

• Design the first pages of their personal Vision Journal

They will be taught artistic techniques so they can continue building their vision journal on their own at home.
