A hands-on vision board and meditation workshop where participants will learn to connect mind, heart, body and creativity.MANIFEST THAT SH*T is a hands-on vision board and meditation workshop in Salt Lake City, UT , led by artist and yoga-certified teacher, Genevieve Bryan, in her creative design studio Paper Panther Studio.
In this workshop, you will experience a fusion of art and wellness. You'll walk away with a deeper connection to yourself and clarity in one or more areas of your life that you would like to manifest through visualization techniques. Together we will build a vision for 2023 and beyond.
Why a Vision Board Workshop?
For many, this past 3 years has been incredibly isolating and destabilizing. The pandemic and subsequent events became about surviving not thriving for most of us. I know I didn't have space to dream without knowing what was going to happen in the next hours, days, months or even years. Of course we still don't know, BUT we have some more breathing room and I'm inviting that in WHOLEHEARTEDLY.
As a part of my personal art and wellness practice, vision boards have been instrumental guide posts and time capsules. Though it isn't complex, the act of getting intentional, sitting and purposefully asking ourselves what we need and want, is incredibly powerful. I would love to invite you to my new studio space to get your creative juices flowing and manifest a 2023 you can get behind.
What Will Be Covered?
We will do a short guided meditation to open the workshop, then step into the Vision Board-making process, and close with another short meditation to sign, seal and deliver our intentions to the universe or whatever forces bind and guide us!

Who Is This Workshop For?
This workshop is designed for adults who want a space to decompress, daydream, create, let loose, and connect with themselves and others to invite in 2023 with intention but not rigid resolutions.
* PLEASE NOTE: Although this workshop is guided, you will have creative freedom, so feel free to bring additional media that inspires you to the workshop.
