Lynda Arnold takes you on a journey with the 3 Goddesses Durga, Lakshmi & Saraswati through story, intention, mantra and guided visual embodiment. Oct 3rd marks the beginning of the Navaratri - the 9 nights of the Goddess. We celebrate these sacred archetypes and call in their intentions with a sound meditation following our chanting session.

Full Moon Healing Sound & Acupuncture

Each sound is paired with specific Qigong movements, carefully designed to activate and nourish the corresponding organs, promoting overall well-being and vitality.
