Bring your journal or paper to write down a few journaling prompts. Opening prayer for Peace on Earth. Then into a mediation Sound Bath with Sable @eunoia.lifestyle and Kyle @breatheindeep.
Sit or Lay down on a mat and attune to the musical frequencies of the Chakra Bowls while we intentionally move stuck energy with breath and movement.
