As a mathematician, entrepreneur, author, and CEO of Guero’s Pallets, Martha combines her analytical expertise with her passion for empowering others. She is also the founder of the Xcelerator Business Summit, a platform designed to inspire and elevate entrepreneurs globally.

With a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Applied Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in progress at the University of Illinois at Chicago in Industrial Engineering, Martha specializes in data and process mining to drive innovation and efficiency.
