Manhattan Borough Book Club: The Island at the Center of the World

Join Manhattan Borough President Brad Hoylman-Sigal, Manhattan Borough Historian Harold Holzer, and Russell Shorto — Director of the New Amsterdam Project at The New York Historical and author of The Island at the Center of the World — for the inaugural meeting of the Manhattan Borough Book Club.
The evening will feature a panel discussion on The Island at the Center of the World and include free after-hours access to The New York Historical’s new exhibition, Old Masters, New Amsterdam, curated by Russell Shorto.
Doors and exhibition access begin at 5:00 PM. The panel discussion will take place from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, with exhibition access continuing through 7:00 PM.
