Join us for a beautiful mangrove maze paddle through Callalisa Creek and into the Indian River, with an island/sandbar stop!!
This is one of our favorite paddles and we think just about ANYONE can handle it, with the right preparation and attitude!
Due to the length of this paddle (approx. 5 Miles) we recommend the following:
-Have at least 1-2 prior paddles under your belt
-Be ready for a fun challenge
-Bring plenty of water & snacks if you tend to get hungry easily
-Wear hats, suncreeen & sunglasses
-Bring an extra set of clothes and a towel for the end (leave at launch spot)
This paddle is perfect for you, if:
-You are bored with the short paddles
-You want to test your endurance
-You want to spend more time on your own paddle board or kayak or one of ours
-You prefer long distance paddles & don't mind sometimes fighting a current
Although this will not be an extreme paddle there will be times that the current fights back and you'll have to paddle continuously. We don't say any of this to scare anyone we just want to be sure that each paddler is prepared. :)
Schedule: (after the launch our times may vary depending on the size of the group & the pace of each paddler)
745am -Check in for renters & BYOBoard/kayaks
8am - Stretch & meet the guides
815am -Launch
815-945am -Paddle through the mangroves
10am -Arrive at small Island/sand bar (depending on the height of tide) to relax for 30 minutes
1030am -Leave Island and head back to launch spot
11am(ish) -Arrive back at our launch spot

Paddle Board/Paddle/Life Jacket $55
Kayak/Paddle/Life Jacket $55
BYOBoard/Kayak $15 (please bring your own life jacket)
If you choose to bring someone under the age of 14 please make sure to bring a well fitted life jacket for them. They will need to wear it during the duration of our paddle.
