It's almost time to kick off Carnival on the Northshore with our traditional march along the Mandeville lakefront! On Saturday, January 10th, we will debut our new routines for the season, along with various organizations, including:Lakeshore High Titan Band

Come out to the lakefront* at 3pm to cheer on the participants, and then join us at the Mandeville Trailhead afterward for a festival sponsored by Abita Brewing and Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board, featuring live music by Big FUN Brass Band, a gumbo cookoff, king cakes from local bakeries, and performances by some of the parade participants.
For a $10 donation, festival attendees will receive a wristband to gain access to food and beverages.
*Please note - this is a walking parade; there will be no floats and minimal throws.
