Aalto Finance, Pykälä, HankInvest, and Prodeko warmly welcome you to M&A Evening 2022!
M&A transactions are constantly on the news, creating discussion and constant interest in the topic. However, we tend to observe M&As from a rather narrow perspective without fully understanding the dynamics that every M&A transaction holds. This is why four top-notch student associations unite their strengths to arrange the M&A Evening once again!
During the evening, you will learn more about M&As from four different aspects: legal (Hannes Snellman), investment banking (Nordea), strategy (BCG), and client-side / private equity (Vaaka Partners). You also get to test your skills in a relaxed environment by solving an LBO case in multidisciplinary groups, and afterwards enjoy a dinner while connecting with students and partner representatives from different backgrounds. The evening will culminate with an after-party at Wallis Karaoke Bar!
Sign-up for the event will start on Tuesday May 3, 2022 at 12:00. The registration links will be posted on this event page separately for each student association.

COST: Free of charge! (20€ no-show fee for confirmed participants that have not indicated their cancellation prior to the event)
