Things to Remember:

- Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the wharf, NYE is a very busy period & it is advised to be at pickup location 30 minutes early.

- There will be NO REFUNDS, if you missed the boat or can't make it for any reason.

- Cruise times include boarding time and disembarkment.

- Everyone requires a ticket (Kids Tickets are not free, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if child doesn't have a ticket)

- Under 18s allowed, accompanied by an adult. FULL PRICE TICKET.

- No Prams Allowed

- No Wheelchair Access

- It is not a BYO - You can not bring your own Food & Drinks onboard.

- No Heels allowed

Please note - In case of bad weather, please be advised that all cruises will go ahead, unless the boat has stated otherwise. We suggest reviewing weather forecasts before your visit to ensure appropriate preparations. Tickets are non-refundable in the event of unfavorable weather.
